FAQs

Common questions

How often do you post updates?

We post when something worth reporting happens: a member milestone, a new class, a challenge or trip, or a piece of coaching advice we find ourselves repeating.

Can I get updates by email?

Yes. Mention it when you get in touch and we’ll add you to the studio list.

Can I suggest a topic?

Please do. Most of what we write here started as a question from a member.

Where else can I follow the studio?

On our Google profile, and on social, where the day-to-day studio stuff tends to end up first.
