About the Space

Tucked away, worth finding

We know we're tucked away, SEAL Personal Training is based at Park Farm, Redditch, and you won't stumble across us on a walk into town. But step inside and it's a different world: a modern, private studio with brand-new kit, a genuinely great atmosphere, and none of the noise of a big commercial gym.

It's booked by appointment, which means no queuing, no crowds, and no feeling like just another number. Whether you're brand new to training or a seasoned athlete, you'll get the same thing: proper coaching, in a space that actually feels good to train in.

25 Years of Combined Coaching Experience

Our team has worked with everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes, and we tailor every programme accordingly.

Our Approach

Coaching, not supervision

There is a difference between someone counting your reps and someone coaching you. We assess how you move before we prescribe anything, we correct technique as it happens, and we plan progression rather than adding weight and hoping. Every programme is written for the person in front of us.

A studio built on purpose

SEAL Personal Training is private and appointment-only, kitted out with brand-new equipment, and deliberately tucked away at Park Farm rather than sitting on a high street. Nobody is waiting for a rack. Nobody is filming themselves. Everyone in the building is here to train and is being coached while they do it.

Experience across the range

Our members run from complete beginners who haven’t trained in years to competitive athletes, and include an 82-year-old working on strength and mobility. That range matters, because it means we’ve seen your starting point before, whatever it is.

Where we are

Unit 2, Park Farm, 49H Pipers Road, Redditch B98 0HU, with free parking directly outside. Members travel in from Redditch, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch and Studley, and the studio is open 6:30am to 9:00pm every day.

Ali Seal

Founder & Head Coach

Personal Trainer for 25 years, specialising in coaching One-to-One Personal Training sessions to clients who demand results. I have a special interest in performance conditioning for runners, cyclists and rowers.

My speciality is helping you optimise both your physical and mental performance, so you can build sustainable habits, achieve lasting results, and become the strongest version of yourself.

My own sporting background is in cricket. These days I’m a keen outdoor cyclist and also compete on the Indoor Rowing Circuit.

Kalvin, personal trainer at SEAL Personal Training

Kalvin

Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Kalvin. I’ve been coaching for 4 years, specialising in strength & conditioning and fat-loss transformations. My goal is to help people regain control of their fitness, build confidence and feel stronger both inside and outside the gym.

At SEAL PT, I deliver coaching across 1-to-1 Personal Training, Small Group PT and our weekly Bootcamp, helping members train with purpose, stay accountable and achieve results that last.

Outside of coaching, I practise what I preach by competing in fitness events including HYROX and ATHX Games.

FAQs

About the studio

What makes SEAL Personal Training different from a commercial gym?

It’s a private, appointment-only studio, so there’s no queuing for equipment, no crowds and no waiting for a rack. Everyone in the building is being coached, which changes the atmosphere entirely.

Are your coaches qualified and insured?

Yes, fully qualified and insured, with 25 years of combined coaching experience across everyone from first-timers to competitive athletes.

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes, free parking directly outside at Park Farm on Pipers Road.

Do you train older members?

Regularly, and it’s some of the most rewarding work we do. Our oldest current member is 82 and training for strength and mobility. Programmes are written around the person, not their birth year.

Which areas do you cover?

We’re based in Redditch and members travel in from Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Studley and the surrounding villages.
